Bai Hotel Cebu

We were amazed by the vibrant performance at Mandaue City School for the Arts, celebrating Cebu's Snr. The ritual prayer dance was mesmerizing and a great cultural experience for our family. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore and immerse ourselves in Cebu's rich traditions.

My wife says that the hotel could enhance the children's play area to cater more to families with kids.

OMG, the lobby lounge is soooooo perfect for unwinding! And the food at Café bai is like a culinary trip around the world. The Executive Club Lounge is my haven, and the Pool Bar with its sunset view is just divine!

Waited in line for ages at check-in. Soooo worth it, because I got to witness others who arrived after me getting their rooms first!

All was spotless, I liked wonderful staff and food. The room met standard, functional with quality bathroom. Attentive staff members were at executive lounge.

I loved the place due to perfect staff and rooms. Nice beds and climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV. I've had a wonderful stay for a vacation.

The Lounge experience - Upon entering the Lobby Lounge, I was greeted with a perfectly curated five-course set menu that brought gastronomic wonders to my table. It felt like a culinary journey from elegant meat arrangements to zesty seafood classics, making every bite a delightful adventure.

I had a very comfortable stay. Everything was good as expected, however the bathroom was quite small. The service was absolutely good.

i have stayed in a double room with quality bathroom for 6 nights. the staff was courteous and i had a late checkout.

The location was pretty bad.

The rooms at Bai Hotel Cebu were just top-notch! I loved the sleek design and the thoughtful amenities. The Internet Protocol Television was a game changer, offering a wide selection of channels and even the ability to record favorite shows.

Personally, I found the bar with kitchenette in the well-appointed suite a bit unnecessary for my stay.

First stay, staff kindly served hot drink. Perfect for me: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, poolside snack bar, rooftop pool, massage. No pets, no smoking. Back for weekend.

We had a great time with the hotel's fitness center, where we enjoyed a good workout. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, making us feel well taken care of. The hotel room was comfortable, and the WiFi was reliable. We also loved the coffee shop, which had delicious offerings.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, with perfect location close to the airport for a short stop. The staff there was honest. Our room was functional and luxurious, included a shower, hair dryers and a bidet. Clean property and great service. Appreciated it.

Nothing to complain about, I liked this hotel and would recommend. I have had a fine experience, this hip new, clean property deserves more than 4 stars. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the rooftop bar.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, I had all the amenities I needed. Although the room had slippery tiles, the staff provided me with an environmental air freshener which solved the issue. The breakfast buffet was so-so, but the comfort and convenience of the room made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Bai Hotel for a business trip and I was impressed. The location was convenient for my meetings in the city and it was only a 30-minute cab ride to the airport. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast buffet had ample choices for everyone and the staff were polite and friendly. I also appreciated the close proximity to a grocery store/mall.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location was great as it was close to everything, including a shopping center and S & R store. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service and were always there to assist us. The amenities were also top-notch, and we took advantage of the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and rooftop pool. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big plus.

We would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We had a very comfortable stay with great service and staff. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. The breakfast was also huge and had great food options. The location was convenient, close to the airport and shopping centre, making it easy to get around.

The pool area was a little crowded, but this was only because everyone was having a great time in the pool, which was actually a good thing.
